About Us
Sam Berry founded Redside Construction LLC in 2008. He represents the second generation of a construction family who has been performing Public and Private Works projects since the 1980’s. Sam has worked for construction companies large and small (Skanska USA, Aldrich & Associates, Caicos Corporation, and others) since he was 15 years of age.
Sam and his father, David Berry, have been working together since 1984, and in that time they have completed over 700 public and several hundred private projects. Over the last four decades, this father and son team has built nearly every type of project imaginable, from marine construction to heavy civil and public works projects to high-end private projects. There is almost nothing Sam and David can’t build together…or haven’t built already.

Sam Berry
Owner/President
Experience: BA Architecture & BS Construction Management – University of Washington.
Sam has three decades of construction experience, having worked in the industry since age 15. He has worked for multiple contractors on over 200 projects ranging from $50 – $750 million.
David Berry
Senior PM / Chief Superintendent
Experience: Founder/Owner of 3 major marine construction companies since 1984, including Pacifica LLC, Caicos Corporation, and Global Aqua LLC. David functioned as President, Chief Estimator on over 500 projects. He served as a senior board member for American Marine Bank for over two decades.
